organization focused in the area of fiber optic communication.
Work involved strategic direction and planning for company, Business
Development, technical guidance and management and principal
trainer for corporate training. Company has started from scratch with
manpower of two, now having twenty-five strong team and acquired
wide customer base over India and other south Asian countries. |

Optel was first
fiber optics company of India with vertical integrated
production facility. Worked as team leader for Optoelectronics
group in R & D. Job includes Design and development of
Laser Diode package, identification and design of new Opto-electronics - Technology projects,
responsible for production of Optical patch cord and pig
tails; Laser diode, APD and PINFET connectorization, Development
of technology for fused fiber couplers and WDM, Fiber Optic
measurements; Co-ordination with IITs for collaborative projects
like projects on EDFA , Directional couplers , WDM , Fibre optic
Local Area Networks etc; carrying out internal audit as per
ISO-9002 system. The major Projects done were: |
